**Beechview Healthy Active Living Senior Center Offers March Programming for Seniors**

The Beechview Healthy Active Living Senior Center, located at 1555 Broadway Avenue, Suite 101, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has released an engaging schedule of activities for seniors for the month of March 2025. This center provides a variety of daily activities, including board games, cards, fitness classes, a computer lab, reading library, and volunteer opportunities, along with other options for recreation.

Scheduled activities during the week include Tai Chi sessions, quilting classes, yoga, arts and crafts, and chair exercises. Highlights for the first week of March include a Tai Chi session on Monday, March 3, set from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a cultural awareness presentation honoring “Lavity Stout Birthday” from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Other notable events during the week are quilting and yoga on Tuesday, March 4, starting at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., respectively. Seniors can also participate in arts and crafts with Rose from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Chair exercises focused on stretching and strengthening run on Wednesday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., along with the Advisory Council meeting later that day. A comprehensive daily lunch program is also offered, with pre-registration required at least two business days in advance.
