The Jefferson Recreation Center in Pittsburgh recently celebrated Thanksgiving by engaging its after-school program participants in a creative activity. The children crafted turkeys and wrote messages of gratitude on the feathers. This event was shared by CitiParks - Pittsburgh Parks & Recreation, which works in conjunction with Mayor Ed Gainey and the City of Pittsburgh. The program aims to inspire children to express their thankfulness during the holiday season.
