**PUBLIC NOTICE: Partner4Work Seeks Proposals for Workforce Development Initiatives**

Partner4Work, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is announcing two requests for quotes as part of their workforce development initiatives.

1. **WIOA Local Plan Community Engagement Facilitator**

Partner4Work is looking for an individual or organization to facilitate one in-person and one virtual community engagement meeting. The purpose of these meetings is to gather stakeholder input that will inform the development of the WIOA Local Plan for Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh. The deadline for proposals is November 8, 2024.

2. **Change Management Facilitator/Training Provider**

Additionally, Partner4Work is seeking a qualified entity to design and facilitate a series of workshops aimed at creating a cohesive and collaborative work culture at the PA CareerLink® sites in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. This initiative is part of the integration of EARN and Work Ready Services into the PA CareerLink®. Proposals for this opportunity are due by November 22, 2024.
